What is SD Telugu Fest about?

Welcome!!
I am sure everyone wants to know what this SD Telugu Fest is about and what's in store. Here's the story .
The beginning...
A while ago, a bunch of us were having a little chat when we pondered over the question - "We (telugu people) are in abundance here, yet there are hardly any programs that brings us together. Why is that?" This question ignited the creative cells in us that eventually prompted us to organize a program for our Telugu people. Hence evolved ...
"A Celebration of being Telugu."
The plan..
Ok, here is the plan. We should have a program that revitalizes our dormant community and emits its radiant colors like a rainbow.
The same bunch of us sat together and came up with a pretty good sketch of what the program should be like. Unfortunately, we cannot reveal the exact details as it would spoil the surprise. But we sure would like to inform you that it will be on the following lines..
Cultural: Dance, skit, music, choreography.
Lit: Quiz and Antakshari.
Mind you that the dances, skits etc are not something you might have seen at any other show. Everything that we put up mandates that it has some tinge of creativity to it.
The people..
As of now the people involved are:
Saraswati - The main person from whom the question arose. Main point of contact for all the cultural events.
Srujan - The perennial enthusiast to fullfill Saraswati's thirst to answer the question and the main motivator on the board. Main point of contact for organizing and cordination.
Suresh - the reliable kingmaker but never the king. PoC for cordination , stage planning
Satyam - The most articulate one and main spokesperson :)
Why this post?
No program would be a success without a good team that can make the dream come true. We have our ambitions (or is it glimpses of creativity ?) that we want to portray and would not be possible without enthusiasts like you (the very fact that you are reading this blog makes me believe that you are an enthusiast:) ) . We welcome people for active participation both on-stage and off-stage to make this effort from us a successful one.
Telugu jaati manadi, ninduga velugu jaati manadi anna vaakyanni nilapettataaniki mee andari sahakaaram avasaramani teliya chesukuntunnanu :)
